QD is actively looking for new sites both within the district covered by its existing network and also further afield, particularly to the south and south east of London and the M4 corridor. The principle criteria are as follows:

  • Minimum population 20,000
  • Prime or Secondary locations dependent on size of towns
  • 4,000 sq ft up to 50,000 sq ft with an ideal size of 15,000 sq ft
  • Good pedestrian access from existing car parks and public transport
  • Stand-alone Superstore sites considered
  • Leasehold or Freehold
