Monitoring the quality of ingredients, ensuring proper food storage, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen are crucial in this role. Being organised and calm is the key to success, you’ll be able to keep standards high during peak hours.
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
