As a replenishment manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely replenishment of products within the store. This role ensures that the store is consistently stocked with the right quantity of products to meet customer demand while minimising excess stock and reducing waste.
You will manage the flow of stock around the store, particularly when the store is closed, to maximise the output of stock. You will have a keen eye, ensuring the replenishment team are using space effectively, condensing down stock, and replenishing ranges correctly.
Your overall aim each day is to make sure the store is in peak condition for the next day’s trade.
