As web store assistant manager, you’ll play a key role in the online retail industry, responsible for assisting in the management and operations of our e-commerce platforms. Your duties encompass a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our online stores and to provide an excellent customer experience.
You will manage the webshop assistants’ workloads, rotas and approve holiday requests, prioritise the despatch of orders so they are delivered on time and manage the inventory replenishment levels, warehouse space management and perform stocktaking.
Communication is vital in this role as you will need to proactively communicate with internal teams to resolve any issues to an exceptional standard, as well as , chase third-party suppliers for despatch updates and liaise with couriers to arrange collections.
Our distribution centre is a busy place, so you must adhere to all health and safety measures.
