Based at Cherry Lane Salhouse, we are looking for someone to develop their career with us!
We are looking for a successful candidate that has a good and varied knowledge of the horticultural side of a business and can also deliver exceptional customer service.
We can’t promise it will be easy, but we can say it will be worth it and we will be there every step of the way!
Your duties will include replenishment & displaying the stock to their full potential, so a good eye for this would be advantageous.
This position is for someone with a passion for their garden or able to display the relevant qualifications. We are always happy to see photographs of gardens too, so do bring them along should you wish to.
You will be required to Manage a small team of staff, order stock and deal with deliveries, and work and Manage in the main store when required acting a Duty Manager
The post is full time 40 hours including weekends on a flexible rota.
