We are looking for an Assistant Cafe Manager to join our team!
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, high food hygiene standards, and efficient business performance. The role involves leading and motivating the café team, managing stock and budgets, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience at the garden centre. The job includes regular days cooking in the kitchen.
Food hygiene certificate is desirable.
