Junior I.T. Administration Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Administration Assistant to join our Norwich-based team. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across a wide range of systems, support functions, and projects within a growing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process daily store sales data, ensuring accuracy across systems
  • Maintain reports and quickly resolve any data inconsistencies
  • Support core business systems (SAP/BOBJ), resolving errors and ensuring smooth operation
  • Manage and audit card payment devices across stores
  • Maintain and track IT assets, including hardware, software, and warranties
  • Coordinate repairs and support for tills, handheld devices, and printers
  • Set up and configure laptops, PCs, phones, and store equipment for new and existing users
  • Provide first-line IT support across stores, distribution, and head office
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and device management (e.g. Fortinet)
  • Support IT security processes, including phishing tests and user awareness training
  • Contribute to IT projects such as system rollouts and hardware upgrades

The perfect candidate will be someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, great communication skills, an act for problem solving, interest in systems and technology, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

This is a full-time position of 37.75 hours per week, working Monday to Friday (may include ocasional weekends).
