Like to give a Santa a helping hand this Christmas?
Eastern counties value retailer QD Stores Group is once again to offer stores as collection points for The Salvation Army and BBC Radio Norfolk Christmas ‘Toys & Tins’ Appeal. This is the third year that Norwich-based QD has supported the Appeal, which runs from Monday November 21st to Friday December 9th. BBC Radio Norfolk will be airing news updates on the appeal and details as to where members of the public can leave gifts of food parcels and bags of toys for children up to the age of 16 years. QD stores participating in the Appeal are located in Norwich, Beccles, Lowestoft, Dereham, Gorleston, North Walsham, Southview Garden Centre, Fritton, as well the Lathams outlet at Potter Heigham. “The Salvation Army does a great job collecting toys, groceries and provisions given by the general public to offer a little Christmas cheer to families not able to provide that little extra to their family at this special time, and we are very pleased to again be playing our part,” says QD Stores CEO Justin Farrington-Smith.
