Modern Slavery Policy Preparing for SAP Supplier Open Days From 9am till 4pm Clearance lines QD restructures for further retail market growth Recent expansion and diversification are underpinning a strategic restructure of its business operations by Norwich-based value retail group, QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd. From October (2013), overarching control of the group's retail brand assets - including Cherry Lane Garden Centres, Thingmebobs, QD Stores and Lathams' transfer to a new operating company, QD Commercial Group Holdings Limited. Commensurately, management and operation of the assets themselves transfer to newly-formed companies dedicated to the task of optimising brand identity and thereby maximising their future trading potential. Commented Group Managing Director Justin Farrington Smith: "QD Group has expanded its business enormously in recent years and in taking the business forward to its next phase of growth, feel we need to further optimise the potential of different trading entities by developing clearly defined strategies for each within companies dedicated to their needs. "We anticipate this process facilitating easier management, reporting, quicker identification of trends and opportunities, space allocation improvement, better stock control and, consequently, and consequently improve the performance of each brand's business and of group trading overall."
