11.30am to 5pm on Sundays and Wednesdays.
10.30am to 5pm on Fridays.

Café assistants are responsible for a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the café.
Providing excellent customer service will be your primary responsibility, greeting customers, taking orders, and handling inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
You would be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks, as well as serving counter food and processing customer payment transactions.
Good housekeeping of the café environment and following health and safety regulations is essential.

You’ll ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are met, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
You would be preparing hot and cold drinks, as well as serving counter food and processing customer payment transactions, whilst overseeing café assistants and their rest breaks.

Hours of this position are 3o hours on a flexible rota.
