Catering Administration Assistant
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support our Catering team with training compliance, equipment records, and essential administration.
Main Duties Include:
- Maintain training records, compliance matrices, and coordinate Food Safety and Allergen training.
- Support colleague onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage gas safety, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and service records.
- Process workplace inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Track equipment and PPE requests and coordinate procurement.
- Maintain SharePoint records and ensure accurate document control.
- Support food safety incident reporting and compliance monitoring.
About You:
- Experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SharePoint.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external providers.
- Experience in catering, compliance, or food safety administration is desirable.
