Catering Administration Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support our Catering team with training compliance, equipment records, and essential administration.

Main Duties Include: 

  • Maintain training records, compliance matrices, and coordinate Food Safety and Allergen training.
  • Support colleague onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage gas safety, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and service records.
  • Process workplace inspections, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • Track equipment and PPE requests and coordinate procurement.
  • Maintain SharePoint records and ensure accurate document control.
  • Support food safety incident reporting and compliance monitoring.

About You:

  • Experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external providers.
  • Experience in catering, compliance, or food safety administration is desirable.
