Our Deputy Managers set brilliant standards that keep our customers coming back to us. Working alongside the Store Manager and Deputy, you’ll be given the opportunity to shine.
You’ll help to coach your colleagues and lead by example, keeping the team motivated and the lines of communication open. Beings hands on the majority of your time will be spent dealing with deliveries and stock replenishment.
You’ll be required to open and close the store on a regular basis in the absence of the Store Manager.
