I.T. Support Technician

We are looking for an I.T. Support Technician to be the go-to expert for our Nottingham office! Keeping systems running smoothly while helping drive major tech upgrades across our family-run business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for I.T. support in Nottingham, solving issues efficiently and keeping colleagues productive. From fixing day-to-day tech problems, to supporting big infrastructure projects, no two days will be the same.

Main duties include:

  • Providing responsive first-line I.T. support via helpdesk
  • Keeping office tech running: PCs, printers, telephones & more
  • Managing and supporting the group phone system
  • Sourcing and setting up new hardware (laptops, desktops, etc.)
  • Supporting compliance activities, including PCI audits
  • Assisting with HR systems and internal software rollouts
  • Helping roll out in-store systems like music and scanning

You won’t just be at the desk, this role includes lots of project work like supporting new site setups, refurbishments, and network installations across the organisation (Occasional weekend work may be required).

The perfect candidate will be someone proactive, practical, and ready to take ownership, as well as being comfortable troubleshooting, enjoys variety, likes being the person others rely on, and has a full UK drivers licence.

This is a full-time position, with the following flexitime hours available:

Monday to Thursday: Between 7.15am and 5pm

Fridays: Between 7.15am and 4.30pm
