Night-fill Replenishment Manager
Are you organised, hands-on and passionate about keeping a busy retail shop fully stocked and looking its best?
We’re looking for a Retail Replenishment Manager to join our store team and take responsibility for ensuring our shelves are always full, products are easy for customers to find and stock is managed efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day replenishment of stock throughout the shop.
- Ensuring shelves, displays and promotional areas are kept fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying products that need replenishing.
- Organising deliveries and moving stock efficiently from the stockroom to the shop floor.
- Supporting stock counts, stock checks and investigations into discrepancies.
- Working closely with the Store Manager to identify stock availability issues.
- Helping the team prepare for busy trading periods, promotions and seasonal changes.
- Leading and supporting the replenishment team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent standards of health and safety at all times.
- Supporting customers and the wider store team when required, this includes Duty Manager duties.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on and practical – happy to be on the shop floor and in the stockroom.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Confident managing and prioritising a team.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
- Physically able to move stock safely around the store.
- Customer-focused and committed to maintaining high store standards.
- Previous retail, stock or replenishment experience is essential in a Managerial role, but attitude and a strong work ethic are just as important.
- Full-time working 5 days a week includes weekends on a rota.
